Vekstsoner i fokus: Håndtering av apofysitt hos unge - Simen Rygh

Vi setter vi fokus på vekstsoner og apofysitt hos unge idrettsutøvere. Fysioterapeut Simen Rygh forklarer hva apofysitt er, hvordan det påvirker barn og ungdom i vekst og hvorfor disse skadene oppstår. Vi ser nærmere på vanlige tilstander som Severs sykdom, Osgood-Schlatters sykdom, Sinding-Larsen-Johansson syndrom, apofysitt i bekken, og diskuterer effektive måter å håndtere og behandle disse. Få praktiske råd om belastningsstyring, styrketrening, og hvordan du kan støtte unge idrettsutøvere gjennom vekstrelaterte smerter. Denne episoden passer for terapeuter og helsepersonell som jobber med barn i aktivitet, trenere og kanskje noen foreldre som har barn som har vondt under aktivitet.
